no this is not the rarely photographed, ever elusive sasquatch(remember how bonkers we all were about harry and the hendersons. pretty sure i cried.) this is my white-trash (note backyard kiddie-pool in close proximity to child in shirt and diaper sans pants) kid STANDING on her very own for the first time! woo! she doesn't much like crawling on the grass and has taken to crawling on it with just her hands and tippytoes touching...like some kind of crab or stink-bug or something. yeah. probably stink-bug. anyways. she must've gotten tired of the crawling altogether because i looked over and lo and behold she had assumed a full formal sumo stance! luckily i had the camera hanging around my neck. unluckily i'm too dumb to just switch the dang thing to auto mode to catch the shots. so voila! white trash sasquatch sumo baby.
that's awesome! if this was taken today, I don't think it's too much of a stretch to say that Fox was probably a crucial element in her training - I didn't totally see it but I think he might have been helping her out earlier.. better fuzzy pictures than no pictures, right?
