doudsville

i'm currently lying on my bed with wet hair. freshly home from the beach and out of the shower. the fan is on. the kid is napping. pandora is mixing it up on the kings of convenience station. i feel like i want to list this moment as one of my hobbies and interests or something.

that's an iphone photo up there. taken with my early mother's day gift...a new iphone 4...my second new iphone 4 this year. just maybe i won't leave this one in my purse, in a shopping cart, in the wal-mart parking lot, to be stolen.

back to the photo. i took it and made a mad dash forthwith down the beach to snatch up the child(the teeniest speck of a child in the pic), who was the only one of the four pictured lacking the good sense to run AWAY from the waves. she prefers running INTO them and laughing as i pull her submerged body out of the water. no doubt you'll be pleased to hear that she, i, and the iphone 4 made it out alive.
