i'd never had pastrami before i started scarfing this stuff, so i don't really know if it's "good" pastrami....actually, i didn't even know if pastrami was pig or cow parts or what....i just knew i needed to change up the lunch meat rotation in my sandwiches. anyways, it's cow parts and it's tasty.

ReplyDeleteFunny I just googled pastrami last week after having a crown burger which is a hamburger with pastrami (although my favorite is pastrami in rye, but i digress). Anyway I guess the pastrami is really the method of seasoning and cooking so it could be different meats - that's what one probably unreliable source said anyway
